If you are a student who has been accused of violating university policy, you have certain rights that are meant to protect you and to support a fair and educational disciplinary process. An accusation does not presume guilt but serves as the framework for the process of fact finding. When you meet with the conduct officer, you will be given every opportunity to respond to the allegations.
